Types of Tobacco Products

Cigarettes
A cigarette is a blend of cured and carefully cut tobacco, reconstructed tobacco and other ingredients folded or packed into a paper-wrapped cylinder. Cigarettes are sold either with filter on one end or without it, which makes the smoke stronger. Also there are cigarettes with capsule menthol filter which change the taste of cigarette from regular to menthol just by a simple click.
Bidis
Bidis are small, slim hand-rolled smokes brought in the United States mostly from India and some other Southeast Asian countries. They are made up of tobacco covered in a tendu or temburni leaf (plants that grow in Asia), and may be joined with a vibrant thread at one or both ends. Bidis can be flavored as for instance chocolate, cherry, mango or just unflavored.
Cigars, Cigarillos and Small Cigars
The majority of cigars consist of a just one kind of air-cured or dried tobacco. Cigar tobacco leaves are initially cured for around a year and then fermented in a multi-step method that can require from 3 to 5 months. Fermentation leads to chemical and bacterial reactions that alter the tobacco. This is what supplies cigars with a distinct taste and flavor from cigarettes.
Typical cigars are much larger than cigarettes and do not possess a filter. Small cigars or cigarillos are much the same in size and form of cigarettes, include filters and contain pipe tobacco. Small cigars can also be flavored as for instance in Cafe Creme French Vanilla or Colts Cherry. They are sold in packages of 5, 10 or 20 like traditional cigarettes, however some of them are sold singly.
Cigars possess greater amount of nicotine than regular cigarettes. For those cigar lovers who inhale, the nicotine is soaked up through the lungs equally as it is with cigarettes. As about those, who do not inhale, the nicotine is absorbed more slowly.
Kreteks
Kreteks are often related to as clove cigarettes. Kreteks are brought from Indonesia, and usually consist of a blend composed of tobacco, cloves, and other ingredients. Similar to bidis, standard machine-smoking studies show that kreteks provide more nicotine than traditional cigarettes.
Hookah
Hookah is a special pipe employed to smoke Shisha tobacco, a blend of tobacco and fruit that is heated up and the smoke is then filtrated via water. The Hookah is made up of a head, body water bowl and hose. The tobacco or shisha is heated up in the hookah typically utilizing charcoal.
Pipe
Pipes are usually reusable and comprise a chamber, stem and mouthpiece. Tobacco is inserted into the bowl and lit. The smoke is drawn through the stem and mouthpiece and inhaled.
